This course offers clinicians, nutritionists, internists, and technicians a unique opportunity to explore specialized aspects of pet nutrition that are less commonly encountered in daily practice. Topics will include regulatory updates, home-prepared diets, how to tackle challenges within private practice and academia, navigating critical conversations and the future of the specialty, among others.

Implement effective communication strategies for navigating difficult interactions with pet owners.
Recognize current challenges facing the veterinary nutrition specialty and their impact on clinical practice.
